The 2011 Lissycasey GWS AGM was held in the Lissycasey Hall at 8pm on Wednesday 3rd of August. Out of the 900+ letters to members that were sent out, there was a relatively small attendance.
Under AOB (any other business), it was agreed to hold a Special General Meeting to discuss the adaption of a Charter of Rights and additionally the adaption of new By-Laws to add to the Rules of the Society. A copy of both documents will be sent to all members. You can also download the document from this site.
A date has yet to be agreed for the meeting.
